Lending Bee, Inc. was founded in Los Angeles in 2003 by Vladimir Isperov, Aleksandr Shekhtman, and Boris Dorfman. Our first clients were friends, family members, and past co-workers. Later on, the word of mouth introduced us to friends and acquaintances of our initial clients. Shortly after that, we got noticed by real estate agents and brokers from other firms that started referring their business to us.

As we grew and moved to our new office on Santa Monica Boulevard, we realized that we can capitalize on the entire real estate market, not only on home mortgage loans. In addition to doing real estate financing, starting in late 2004, we started hiring real estate agents and also started helping other individuals by training them on how to get licensed by Department of Real Estate. Shortly thereafter, we created an LBC Realty brand. Under LBC Realty, we handle multiple projects that not only include real estate sales, but we also do property management, commercial transactions, and recently we started to work closely with the banks to list REO (Bank owned) properties.

At the end of 2007 and beginning of 2008, after banks started to feel ill, real estate market prices started to come down and the economy overall took a turn for the worse, we started to get calls from some of our clients that bought at the top of the market and were now overwhelmed with the mortgage payments. This is when we opened Save Home USA (www.savehomeusa.com). Save Home USA is a company designed to help homeowners in need. Save Home USA helps people restructure their debt and reduce home mortgage payments through loan modifications and loan settlements. Save Home USA division of Lending Bee, Inc. also handles the short-sale department for the company. This company is literarily what it sounds like – it is a blessing for the homeowner in trouble. We are savings peoples’ homes and we are helping people get back on their feet. Lending Bee, Inc. dba Save Home USA was among the first companies in California that was allowed to do loan modifications by Department of Real Estate. Since inception, Save Home USA saved hundreds of homeowners for our clients.

Now, Lending Bee, Inc. is a diverse company, but our primary focus is still on home mortgage financing. While, there is a decreased amount of players in the lending markets today and banks, lenders and other mortgage companies going out of business almost daily; Lending Bee, Inc. is stronger than ever thanks to the trust of our new and past clients. Boris Dorfman – President and Broker of Record

Prior to co-founding Lending Bee, Inc., Boris worked as a Sr. Accountant and Financial Analyst at Zelman Development Companies. Boris is the behind the scenes conductor of the firm, he deals with the day-to-day operations and develops procedures for the company. Boris holds a real estate brokers license from California Department of Real Estate (DRE). He received a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with the option in Real Estate from California State University Northridge (CSUN).

Aleksandr (Alex) Shekhtman – Director of Mortgage Operations

Feeling the need for a mortgage company with integrity, Alex co-founded Lending Bee, Inc. along with his associates. His ability to predict the market trends, ambitions to help people and knowledge of the Real Estate market helped his clients immensely. Prior to co-founding Lending Bee, Inc., Alex has worked a loan processing manager at a mortgage banking firm in Beverly Hills, CA. Alex holds a real estate brokers license from California Department of Real Estate (DRE).

Vladimir Isperov – Director of Sales and Marketing

With over 10 years of experience in Real Estate field, Vladimir Isperov is a well-respected and established figure in the real estate community. As a co-owner of Lending Bee, Inc., Vladimir is the visionary behind current, former and future projects and endeavors and is credited with creating various business opportunities within the firm. Prior to co-founding Lending Bee, Inc. in 2003, Vladimir was working for a Los Angeles bases mortgage banking firm for over 5 years. Vladimir holds a California Real Estate License and a member of California Mortgage Brokers Association.

Irina Kapulkin – Manager of Save Home USA

Irina is part of the reason for our success in this tough economy. She manages, trains, and develops procedures for our loan modification operations. Irina received a Bachelors Degree from California State University Northridge (CSUN). She brings managerial experience to our company. Prior to joining the firm, Irina was a manager at the pharmacy. “Tough, but fair” is the way the employees.

Alla Tenina – In-house Council

Alla Tenina is a graduate of UC Hastings Law School, where she received her J.D. in 1999. She was admitted to the New York and New Jersey bars the following year. From 2000 to 2003 she practiced with Deloitte & Touche and KMPG with emphasis on Tax Consulting, Mergers & Acquisitions. After the tragic events of September 11 she moved to Los Angeles where she continued her career with a leading law firm focusing on tax and corporate matters. She also serves as a treasurer in the Russian American Business Council, a non-profit organization committed to helping the Russian community of Greater Los Angeles.
