In 2003, we began as a small residential mortgage brokerage firm specializing in refinances, purchase money loans, hard money lending, and FHA Financing for locals. Our clientele then consisted of predominantly locals and friends, co-workers, and extended family members in the greater Los Angeles area. With such a small beginning, we diligently worked over the years, and it all paid off when we’ve brought to birth the real estate firm, LBC Realty, and the loan modification company, Save Home USA.

Over the years, we have established ourselves as the leading provider of comprehensive real estate services in the state of California. To maintain a high standard of service, we recruit and proudly hire a staff of highly qualified real estate and loan professionals who include licensed real estate agents, underwriters, loan processors, and escrow officers, among others. Our own attorney provides specialized credit repair services to our valued clients.

We seek to ride the changes in the global scene, and that’s why we have also ventured into commercial real estate sales and financing, as well as property management.
